
Dina Duraković
Dina Duraković is a lawyer with two decades of experience in legal consulting, focusing on corporate, labor, and competition law. She has played a key role in some of the largest cross-border transactions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, representing global corporations, international organizations, and financial institutions. Known for her ability to lead multi-jurisdictional legal teams, she brings deep expertise to complex international business deals.
Dina is also the co-founder and lead educator of the Labour Law School, the first modular professional training program in BiH designed for in-house lawyers and HR professionals. Developed in partnership with the renowned advisory firm Revicon, the program has been running successfully since 2018 and is widely recognized as a leading initiative in labor law education across both entities and Brčko District.
In addition to labor law, she regularly delivers training in corporate and commercial law, as well as competition law, collaborating with academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and business associations. Internationally recognized, Dina is ranked by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500, and she is a co-founder of the IMPAKT Investment Foundation.
