Criteria for the Program

We’re looking for individuals who are curious, committed, and ready to turn ideas into action — even if they’re still figuring out what that idea is.

Who can apply:

To join the IMPAKT RAYE program, you should meet the following criteria:

  • You are between 18 and 28 years old
     We’re building a space for emerging changemakers and future entrepreneurs from across the Western Balkans.
  • You live in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Serbia
     This is a regional program designed to connect and empower youth across borders.
  • You are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation
     Whether you have a concrete idea or just the spark of one — if you’re eager to explore how you can create value through business, you belong here.
  • You can commit approximately 4 hours per week
     This is a light but serious learning journey. Each module requires a small time investment with high-impact outcomes.

You’re open to learning, sharing, and working in a diverse group.

 This is a peer-powered experience. Your energy and participation matter.

What You’ll Gain

  • Full scholarships for the complete RAYE experience – covering your stay at the stunning Hotel Vučko on the Olympic Mountain Jahorina (near Sarajevo), all meals and accommodation, exciting excursions through nature and culture, and full access to hands-on workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events with changemakers from across the region.
  • Receive hands-on mentorship from regional experts
  • Learn how to turn ideas into actionable business models
  • Develop their personal brand and communication skills
  • Access and build your regional network of like-minded peers and ecosystem players
  • Participate in an in-person camp on Jahorina Mountain
  • Build confidence in navigating the real-world challenges of entrepreneurship
