Dynamic, practical, and tailored to the pace of Gen Z
The IMPAKT RAYE learning journey is designed to be dynamic, practical, and perfectly tailored to the pace of Gen Z future entrepreneurs. Over the course of 8 weeks, participants will go through 7 online modules, followed by one in-person final 4 days gathering. Each module takes just 4 hours per week, making the entire experience highly accessible — no matter your current commitments. The format is light, but the insights are deep: every session is built to bring you one step closer to launching or strengthening your entrepreneurial path.

Here’s what the journey looks like:
Module 1: You as a Founder
A strong business starts with a clear sense of self. In this module, you’ll explore your personal values, define your leadership style, set up your goals, and begin to understand what kind of entrepreneur you want to become.
Module 2: Idea to Impact
Not all ideas are created equal. This week is about identifying real problems worth solving, shaping ideas that bring value, and aligning your passion with purpose. You’ll learn how to build ventures that matter.
Module 3: Design & Validation
You don’t need to have everything figured out — you just need to start. This module introduces you to simple design thinking tools, prototyping basics, and how to test your idea with real users to get fast, valuable feedback.
Module 4: Business Model Basics
It’s time to give your idea structure. You’ll learn how to develop a lean business model, explore different ways to earn revenue, and start thinking about what it takes to build something that can grow.
Module 5: Branding & Communication
Your story is your strongest asset. In this module, you’ll define your brand voice, understand how to build connections through storytelling, and explore the basics of social media and digital outreach.
Module 6: Money & Metrics
You don’t need to be an accountant — but you do need to know your numbers. This week will give you practical tools to understand startup costs, funding opportunities, and the key metrics that show if your idea is working.
Module 7: Growth & Community
No one builds anything great alone. Learn how to identify the right collaborators, nurture your early supporters, and create partnerships that help your business move forward with purpose.
Module 8: Academy Summit — Jahorina
The final module takes place live on Jahorina Mountain, bringing together all participants for a 3-day experience full of energy, connection and real-time feedback. You’ll present your idea, receive input from mentors, exchange experiences with your peers, and celebrate the progress you’ve made. It’s not just the end of a program — it’s the beginning of a new chapter.
